Consignor Agreement
Who can consign?
Anyone. Our sale is a great way to recycle outgrown clothes and toys and earn money. Children outgrow everything so quickly and many of the items are almost new. Unlike traditional consignment stores you earn 60% - 70% of the sale price and you determine your own selling price.
How to Consign:
- Register to become a consignor.
- Select a drop off time from the schedule provided. If none of the available times will work for you contact us and we will try to find a time that is more convenient.
- Prepare, price and tag your items according to the guidelines. Our online system makes it easy.
- Optional – Sign up to volunteer and you will receive a pass to the pre-sale event. We appreciate our volunteers and allow them to shop before everyone else.
Included with your registration fee is our tagging and point of sale system which has many features designed for you, the consignor. Click here for online tagging and the list of benefits.
On Sunday we will have our 50% off sale. YOU will choose which items to be discounted. We recommend discounting your items. After the ½ price sale you may pick up your unsold items or you may choose to allow us to donate these items to the charities we have chosen for this sale. We will donate these items for you.
Please bring a signed copy of the consignor agreement with you at your drop off.

Please sort your clothing by gender and size for quicker check-in
Please be sure to carefully inspect all items. We only accept top quality items. All items will be checked at drop off. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet our guidelines and quality standards.
Please review the consignor agreement. You will need to bring a signed agreement at drop off.
How to increase your earnings to 65% or 70%
Consignors can increase the percentage they receive by referring new consignors and volunteering.
1 volunteer shift, you will earn an early shopping pass for Thursday and Sunday.
To earn 65%
- 2 referrals
- 2 volunteer shift
To earn 70%
- 3 referrals
- 2 referrals and 1 volunteer shift
- 1 referrals and 2 volunteer shifts
- 3 volunteer shifts
For a consignor to be considered a qualified new consignor they must:
1. Have not consigned with us in the past.
2. Must have at least 15 items to consign.
3. List their sponsor on their consignor registration.
Please notify us at check in to be sure we have adjusted your percentage.
Word of mouth continues to be our best advertisement. Thank you for continuing to tell your friends about FL Kids Sale. If you would like flyers for your child's preschool, mom's day out, day care, sports teams, dance classes, etc. please call. You may also click here for printable flyers. Thank you for helping spread the word about FL Kids Sale! Also...look for us on Facebook, by becoming our fan, you can spread the word to all your friends. The more people that know about the sale, the larger your check will be! Remember to tell your referrals to list you when they are asked how they heard about the sale.
Pick Up
Pick up times are Sunday evening. Any item not picked up will be donated. If you are having someone else pick up your items please send them with a note from you allowing us to release your items.
